The FRITZ!DECT 210 from the renowned brand FRITZ! is a smart plug designed to provide advanced home automation both indoors and outdoors, thanks to its IP44 splash protection, which makes it suitable for use in bathrooms and gardens with operating temperatures between -20 ºC and +40 ºC. This device allows manual or automatic activation of the power supply to connected appliances with a maximum power of up to 3,450 watts, as well as measuring, recording, and analyzing energy consumption in real time, displaying detailed data such as active power, voltage, daily, monthly, and annual consumption in kWh and euros, along with associated CO2 emissions. Its connection is made via the secure wireless DECT standard with factory encryption, reaching a range of up to 300 meters outdoors and 40 meters indoors, and it easily pairs with any compatible FRITZ!Box from version 6.83 onwards by simply pressing the DECT button. Remote control is done through the FRITZ!App Fon, the FRITZ!Box web interface, or the MyFRITZ!App, allowing customized on/off scheduling — individual, daily, weekly, random, or sound-activated — as well as ambient temperature monitoring via integrated sensors, real-time power and temperature display, and email notifications with consumption reports, including CSV attachments. The smart plug operates on a standard 230 V power supply, features a convenient on/off button for manual operation, and is compatible with smartphones and desktop computers, facilitating comfortable and secure energy management and savings at home. Its compact dimensions (65 x 36 x 127 mm) and light weight (207 g) allow flexible installation without affecting space or aesthetics.
