This inflatable ball is like a giantballoon and is easy to inflate by following the instructions in the manualincluded. Simply pull the integrated inflation valve outwards, insert theinflation nozzle into it and connect it to a compatible inflation pump (theinflation pump is not included). When the diameter reaches 120cm, it will befully inflated. Remove the nozzle and reinsert the valve inside.

To deflate it, remove the valve again,insert the nozzle and wait until the air is released. It comes with a patch torepair punctures. It is recommended for use on paving or grass, never onsurfaces with stones, mud or other sharp objects that may damage it.
